Rice paper rolls of hanpen and crab-flavored kamaboko cheese

 


Ingredients:


1 piece of hanpen


2 crab-flavored kamaboko


[A] 30g pizza cheese


[A] 30g sweet corn


[A] 2 teaspoons mayonnaise


[A] 1 teaspoon chicken stock powder


[A] Green onion (finely chopped) (as needed)


6 pieces of rice paper


1 tablespoon sesame oil


How to make:


① Put the hanpen, crumbled crab-flavored kamaboko, and [A] into a storage bag and knead well. Cut off the end and squeeze out the mixture onto the rice paper that has been soaked in water.


② Roll ① from the front to the back. Roll it into a spiral shape from the end and press down the end of the roll. Make 5 more in the same way.


③ Add sesame oil to a frying pan and heat it over medium heat, then line up ② and fry. Once both sides are golden brown, it's done!
