Crepe-style fried egg

 

Ingredients (1 serving)

Wheat flour 20g

Potato starch 20g

Water 50ml

A pinch of salt

Egg 1

Aonori seaweed 1 teaspoon

Okonomiyaki sauce to taste


How to make

1. Add flour, potato starch, water and salt to a bowl and mix well.

2. Add egg and green laver to another bowl and mix well.

3. Heat a small amount of cooking oil (not included in the recipe) in a frying pan, add the dough from step 1 and cook on both sides, then set aside on a plate.

4. Add step 2 to the frying pan and once one side is cooked, place the dough from step 3 on top.

5. Flip and roll up.

6. Cut into bite-sized pieces, arrange on a plate, and top with okonomiyaki sauce if desired.
