Eggplant and cucumber with salted kelp

 

Ingredients:

1 eggplant

1 cucumber

Salt to taste

2g salted kelp

1 teaspoon sesame oil

Toasted sesame seeds to taste

Preparation:

1. Tear the eggplant and pound the cucumber with a rolling pin, sprinkle with salt and leave for 10 minutes. Once soft, squeeze out the water.

2. Mix (1), salted kelp and sesame oil, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and it's done!
