Tofu and Enoki mushrooms baked with green laver, bacon and cheese

 

Ingredients:


150g silken tofu


1/2 stalk of Enoki mushroom


[A] 30g pizza cheese


[A] 2 slices of half bacon (cut into 1cm widths)


[A] 2 tablespoons of potato starch


[A] 1 tablespoon of green laver


[A] 1 teaspoon of chicken stock powder


1 tablespoon of sesame oil


How to make:


① Put silken tofu in a bowl and mix with a whisk until smooth.


② Add Enoki mushrooms cut into 2cm lengths and [A] to ① and mix.


③ Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, and drop ② into 6 equal parts with a spoon. Fry until golden brown on both sides and it's done!
