Ingredients
Chicken breast...1 piece
A Sake...1 tablespoon
A Soy sauce...1 tablespoon
A Potato starch...2 tablespoons
Green peppers...2-3 pieces
Potatoes...2 medium pieces
B Oyster sauce...2 tablespoons
B Soy sauce...1 teaspoon
B Sugar...2 teaspoons
B Sake...1 tablespoon
B Sesame oil...1 teaspoon
Preparation
1. Slice the chicken breast along the grain and then cut into strips. Cut the green peppers and potatoes into strips and soak the potatoes in water.
2. Marinate the chicken breast in seasoning A.
3. Add oil to a frying pan and fry the potatoes until they are translucent, then add the chicken breast from step 2 and fry.
4. Add the seasoning B and the green peppers and stir fry briefly to finish.
