Fish sausage nuggets

 


Ingredients:

[A] 300g silken tofu

[A] 1 fish sausage

[A] 1 egg

[A] 4 tablespoons potato starch

[A] 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

[A] 1/2 teaspoon salt

[A] Black pepper, to taste

4 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preparation:

① Put [A] in a plastic bag and knead until it is mixed.

② Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, and scoop ① with a spoon and drop it in.

③ Deep fry until golden brown and it's done!
