Pumpkin snack salad

 


Ingredients

1/4 pumpkin

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 tablespoon pizza cheese

1/2 teaspoon curry powder

Parsley (dried)


Preparation

Remove the seeds and pulp from the pumpkin, place in a heat-resistant container, and wrap loosely.

Heat in the microwave (600W) for 7 minutes. If using a 500W microwave, heat for 8 minutes and 20 seconds.


How to make

1. Put the pumpkin in a bowl and mash until smooth.

Add mayonnaise, pizza cheese, and curry powder and mix.

2. Place in a bowl, sprinkle with parsley, and you're done.

You can also add black pepper to taste.
