【Ingredients】 (Serves 1)
Spaghetti: 80g
Salt: 8g
Tomato (large): 1/2
Fresh basil: 3–4 leaves
Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
Garlic: 1 clove
Salt and pepper: to taste
Mint leaves: to taste
【Preparation】
1. Cut the tomato into 1cm cubes.
2. Finely chop the garlic.
3. Tear the fresh basil leaves by hand.
【Instructions】
1. Place the tomato, olive oil, fresh basil, and garlic in a bowl, and season with salt and pepper.
2. Boil the spaghetti in a large pot of salted water for 1 minute longer than the package instructions indicate, then cool it in ice water.
3. Arrange the spaghetti in a serving dish, top with the mixture from step (1), and garnish with mint leaves.
