Ingredients
・Potatoes: 300g (skin on or peeled is fine)
・Potato starch: 2–3 tbsp
・Salad oil: 1–2 tbsp
・A: Granulated consommé: 1/2 tbsp
・A: Butter: 10g
・A: Salt: 2 pinches
・Dried green seaweed (aonori): 2 tbsp (or to taste)
Instructions
1. Cut the potatoes into roughly 1.5cm cubes, place them in a heat-resistant bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5–6 minutes.
2. Place the potato starch and the potatoes from Step 1 into a plastic bag; shake well to coat the potatoes evenly.
3. Add the salad oil and the coated potatoes to a frying pan and cook until crispy all over.
4. Add ingredients A to the pan and mix well; then add the dried green seaweed and toss the pan to coat everything evenly.
