Ingredients:
4 green bell peppers
[A] Long green onion (finely chopped): 1/5 stalk
[A] Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon
[A] Lemon juice: 2 teaspoons
[A] Chicken bouillon powder: 1 teaspoon
[A] Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
[A] Grated garlic: 1/2 teaspoon
[A] Black pepper: To taste
Instructions:
① Remove the seeds and stems from the green peppers and crush them firmly by hand. Place them in a heat-resistant storage container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
② Combine the ingredients for [A] in a bowl and mix well.
③ Add the mixture from step ② to the peppers from step ① and toss thoroughly. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour, and it's ready to serve!
