Recovery meals for when you have no appetite

 


Ingredients


・ Rice: 160g


・ Pickled plum (umeboshi): 1


・ Dried bonito flakes: To taste


・ Edamame: 10 beans


・ Toasted sesame seeds: 1 teaspoon


・ Salt: To taste


Instructions


Place the rice, the pickled plum (pitted and mashed into a paste), dried bonito flakes, edamame (removed from pods and inner skins), and toasted sesame seeds into a bowl.


Mix using a cutting motion and adjust the seasoning with salt.
