Garlic Lemon Pepper Chicken

 


Ingredients

(Serves 2)

Chicken thigh 1 piece (250g)

Chicken stock powder 1 tsp

Pokka Lemon 100 (lemon juice) 1 tbsp

Coarsely ground black pepper 1/3 tsp (adjust to taste)

Garlic paste (tube) 1 cm

Potato starch 1 tsp

Oil 1 tbsp


[Preparation]

・Measure out all ingredients. Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.


Instructions

Place all ingredients—except the oil—into an antimicrobial plastic bag and massage the mixture for about 50 squeezes.


Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the chicken mixture from step [1], and cook until the surface is nicely browned. It is now ready to serve.
