【Ingredients】 (Serves 2)
・Bonito (sashimi-grade)…200g
・Green bell peppers…3 (approx. 120g)
・Eringi mushroom…1
・Rice oil (or vegetable oil)…1 tbsp
A (Mix together)
∟Sake…1 tbsp
∟Curry powder…1/2 tbsp
∟Salt…1/3 tsp
Salt, pepper, flour, mayonnaise
【Instructions】
1. Cut the green peppers into bite-sized, irregular chunks (*rangiri*). Cut the eringi mushroom in half lengthwise, then slice crosswise into 1.5cm widths; cut the cap in half lengthwise again.
2. Cut the bonito into 1.5cm-thick slices, sprinkle with a little salt and pepper, and coat with 2 tablespoons of flour.
3. Heat the rice oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Arrange the bonito on one side of the pan and place the vegetables (from step 1) on the other side. Cook the bonito for about 2 minutes, flip, and cook for another minute until browned; stir-fry the vegetables.
4. Add mixture A and quickly stir-fry everything together. Turn off the heat, add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, and toss to coat everything evenly.
