[Ingredients for 2 servings]
200g thinly sliced beef
1/2 onion
2-3 cabbage leaves
1.5 tablespoons salad oil
2 florets broccoli
1 cup frozen corn (canned)
A pinch of salt
10g butter
1 lemon
2 tablespoons soy sauce
<Seasonings>
1 teaspoon soy sauce
A pinch of salt and pepper
[Directions]
1. Cut the beef into 5-6cm pieces. Slice the onion lengthwise into 4-6 wedges. Roughly shred the cabbage. Moisten the broccoli with water, wrap in plastic wrap, and microwave for about 30 seconds. Slice 2 wedges from the lemon, and squeeze the juice from the remaining lemon and mix with the soy sauce.
2. Heat the butter in a frying pan over high heat and fry the boiled corn. Once browned, transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with salt and garnish with broccoli and lemon.
3. Quickly wipe the frying pan with paper towels, add 1 tablespoon of salad oil, and stir-fry until the onion is translucent. Add the cabbage and once it has softened, season with salt and pepper and serve in a serving dish.
4. Add the remaining salad oil and fry the beef over medium heat. Once the beef has changed color, add the seasonings and stir-fry quickly, then serve on top of (3) and garnish with the lemon sauce.
