Ingredients:
1/6 head of cabbage
2 slices of half bacon
30g pizza cheese
[A] 1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
[A] 1/4 teaspoon salt
[A] Pepper, to taste
1 egg
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 sheets of rice paper
Directions:
1. Shred the cabbage and place it in a heat-resistant bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
2. Add the half bacon, cut into 1cm pieces, the pizza cheese, and [A] to [A] and mix.
3. Add sesame oil to a frying pan and place the rice paper on top. Crack an egg into the pan and crumble it with chopsticks, spreading it on top of the rice paper. Place the ingredients from [A] on top of the pan and cook over medium heat until golden brown. Then add another sheet of rice paper and flip it over. Press down with a spatula while cooking until cooked through. Finish!
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and enjoy!
