[Ingredients for 2 servings]
・Beef (thinly sliced) 150-200g
・Onion 1
・Green bell peppers 2
・Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons
・Salt and pepper A pinch
・Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
[Preparation]
・Cut the beef into 4cm lengths and season with salt and pepper.
・Cut the onion in half lengthwise and then into 4-6 wedges.
・Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stems and seeds, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
[Instructions]
1. Heat 1.5 teaspoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan over high heat, stir-fry the beef until it changes color, then remove it from the pan.
2. Heat the remaining vegetable oil in the frying pan and stir-fry the onion. Once the onion is cooked, add the bell peppers and stir-fry together.
3. When the bell peppers turn bright green, return the beef from step (1) to the pan and stir-fry together. Finally, add the Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with extra pepper if desired.
