[Ingredients for 2 servings]
- Turnip greens (1-2 pieces)
- A pinch of salt
- Persimmon (1 piece)
- Sesame oil (2 teaspoons)
- White sesame seeds (1 teaspoon)
<Seasonings>
- Sake (1 teaspoon)
- Soy sauce (2 teaspoons)
[Preparation]
- Boil the turnip greens in salted water, then drain. Once cooled, squeeze out the water and cut into 3-4cm lengths.
Remove the stem from the persimmon, peel it, and cut it to fit the turnip leaves.
[Directions]
1. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the turnip leaves and persimmon. Once the oil is evenly distributed, add the seasoning ingredients and stir-fry. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
