Ingredients
- 8 chicken wings
- 1 potato (approx. 150g)
- 1/2 onion (approx. 100g)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 can (200g) chopped tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon sake
- 2 teaspoons granulated consommé
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Directions
1. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion into wedges. Thinly slice the garlic.
2. Place the chicken wings, potatoes, onion, and garlic in a rice cooker. 3. Add the canned chopped tomatoes, ketchup, sake, granulated consommé, sugar, soy sauce, and olive oil, mix lightly, and cook on normal mode.
4. Once cooked, mix everything together roughly and season with salt and black pepper.
