Ingredients:
Cabbage 150g
Carrot 1/3
Salt 1 teaspoon
Onion 1/2
[A] Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
[A] White sesame seeds 1 tablespoon
[A] Mentsuyu (3x concentrated) 1 teaspoon
[A] Sugar 1 teaspoon
Boiled egg 1
Instructions:
① Cut the cabbage into 5mm strips and peel and julienne the carrot.
② Put ① and salt in a plastic bag, massage well, let it sit for 20 minutes, squeeze out the excess water thoroughly, and transfer to a bowl.
③ Add the thinly sliced onion and [A] to ② and mix well. Add the boiled egg cut into bite-sized pieces and mix briefly, and it's done!
Serve with black pepper to taste!
