Avocado and Japanese-style Cheese Gratin

 


Ingredients (Serves 2)

1 avocado

1 slice of cheese

Handful of bonito flakes

A


1 teaspoon mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon soy sauce


Preparation

Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed.


Cut the cheese slices in half.


Directions

1. Place the avocado in a bowl and mash with a fork.


Add the ingredients A, mix, and re-stuff the avocado skins.

2. Place the cheese slices on top and bake in the toaster for about 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.

3. Finish by sprinkling with bonito flakes.
