Ingredients:
2 potatoes
[A] 3 tablespoons potato starch
[A] 2 tablespoons milk
[A] 1 tablespoon dried seaweed flakes (aonori)
[A] 1 teaspoon consommé powder
[A] 1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons vegetable oil

② Roll the mixture from ① into bite-sized balls, and press chopsticks into three places on top of each ball to create a shape.
③ Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, arrange the potato balls from ② in the pan, and fry until golden brown on both sides. Done!
