Don't throw away those fried chicken bones! Just simmer! How to make KFC's official "Chicken Broth Soba" recipe

 


Ingredients (Serving 1)

- Original Chicken...1 piece


- Original Chicken Bone...3 pieces


*The amount of chicken is a guideline. Adjust to your liking.

- Water...3 cups


- Kelp...5cm cube


- Green part of green onion...5cm


- Ginger peel...1 piece

- Salt...1/3 teaspoon


- Soy sauce...1 teaspoon


- Chinese noodles...1 bag


- Kujo green onion...1 stalk


- Coarsely ground black pepper...to taste


[Directions]


1. Eat some original chicken and prepare the bones for the soup. Choosing chicken with large bones will make it easier to extract the broth.


For the topping, shred all but one piece of meat and warm it gently in the microwave.




②Put the bones and ingredients A in a pot and bring to a boil.


③ Once boiling, scum will appear, so remove it.


④ Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes. Be careful not to reduce the heat, as the soup may become thick and cloudy.


⑤Strain the soup through a colander.



The  chicken stock soup was obtained!

⑥ Add seasoning B to the soup to finish.

Adjust the amount of seasoning as you taste.


7. Boil the Chinese noodles in a separate pot, drain thoroughly, and then transfer to a serving dish.




8. Pour the chicken stock into bowls and top with chicken and Kujo scallions.


Add some coarsely ground black pepper and it's done!
