Ingredients:
3 chicken tenderloins
[A] 1 tablespoon soy sauce
[A] 1 tablespoon sake
[A] 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
[A] 1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
1 egg
[B] 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
[B] 2 tablespoons cake flour
6 tablespoons salad oil
Directions:
1. Remove the tendons from the chicken tenderloins and cut them into strips.
2. Place 1 and [A] in a plastic bag and knead. Leave for 20 minutes, then add the eggs and knead again, sprinkling [B] evenly over the tenderloins.
3. Add salad oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Place 2 on top and cook until golden brown and cooked through. It's done!
