Marinated spinach and crab-flavored kamaboko

 


Ingredients:


1/2 bunch spinach


2-3 crab-flavored kamaboko (fish cakes)


[A] 1 tablespoon sesame oil


[A] 1 teaspoon soy sauce


[A] 1/2 teaspoon chicken stock powder


1 teaspoon white sesame seeds


Directions:


1. Wash the spinach thoroughly and blanch it in boiling water for about 15 seconds.


2. Cool [A] in cold water, squeeze out the water, and cut into bite-sized pieces.


3. Combine [A] and [B] in a bowl and mix well. Finish by sprinkling with white sesame seeds and it's done!
