Chicken breast stir-fried with salted kelp and butter

 


Ingredients:

1 chicken breast

[A] 1 teaspoon mayonnaise

[A] Pinch of salt

[A] Pepper to taste

2 tablespoons potato starch

1 tablespoon salted kelp

1 tablespoon salad oil

[B] 10g butter

[B] 1 tablespoon mentsuyu (3x concentrated)

Directions:

1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and place in a plastic bag. Rub with [A], then coat with potato starch and salted kelp.

2. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place [A] on top and cook until golden brown on both sides.

3. Wipe off any excess oil from the frying pan and add [B]. Simmer until combined and ready to serve!
