Teriyaki Chicken Rice

 


Ingredients

1 cup of warm rice

Black pepper to taste

A

1 piece of chicken (250g)

2 tablespoons of soy sauce

2 tablespoons of sake

2 tablespoons of mirin

1 tablespoon of sugar


Directions

1. Put ingredients A into a rice cooker and cook.

2. Once cooked, shred the chicken.

3. Add the rice and mix.

4. Serve in bowls and enjoy.
