Baked potatoes and bacon with cheese

 


Ingredients:

2 potatoes

[A] 30g pizza cheese

[A] 2 slices of bacon (cut into 1cm wide strips)

[A] 1 tablespoon potato starch

[A] 1 teaspoon consommé powder

[A] 1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon vegetable oil


Instructions:

① Peel the potatoes, julienne them, and soak them in water for 10 minutes. Drain the water and place the potatoes in a bowl.

② Add ingredients [A] to the bowl and mix well.

③ Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Divide the mixture from step ② into 6 portions and arrange them in the pan. Press down with a spatula and cook until both sides are golden brown. Once cooked through, it's ready!

Serve with chopped parsley on top if desired!
