[Ingredients for 2 servings]
- 1/16-1/8 head of Chinese cabbage
- A pinch of salt
- 1 can of tuna (80g)
<Awase Miso>
- 1 tablespoon of ground white sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons of sake
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of white miso
- A pinch of light soy sauce
[Preparation]
- Wash the Chinese cabbage and chop it into 1cm pieces. Place it in a plastic bag with salt. Add air to the bag, hold the top tightly, and shake to coat the bag evenly with the salt. Remove the air from the bag, tie the top, and let it sit until the water comes out.
- Place the tuna in a colander and drain.
- Mix the <Awase Miso> ingredients in a bowl.
[Directions]
1. Squeeze the water out of the Chinese cabbage and add it to the bowl of miso sauce along with the tuna. Mix well and serve on a plate.
