A popular dish in the hilly regions is Laksu or chicken chutney.

 


1) First boil the chicken with ginger, garlic, green chilies and salt. Boil for at least 20 minutes.


2. Cut the meat into small pieces.


3. Mix the minced onion, coriander leaves, green chilies, mustard oil, boiled ginger, garlic, green chilies and lemon juice with the meat.
