Colorful fruit water jelly

 


Ingredients:


200ml water


20g granulated sugar


15g agar-agar


3 grapes


2 strawberries


1/4 gold kiwi


Instructions:


① Pour the water into a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Add the granulated sugar and agar-agar mixture in two batches, stirring well each time. Once the agar-agar has dissolved, remove from the heat.


② Cut the grapes, strawberries, and gold kiwi into 1cm cubes.


③ Pour a small amount of the mixture from step ① into a silicone mold. Once it has started to set, add a suitable amount of the fruit from step ②.


④ Pour in the remaining mixture from step ①, cover with a lid, and refrigerate for about 1 hour.


⑤ Once removed from the mold, it's ready!
