Cabbage pot-au-feu

 


Ingredients:


100g cabbage


1 carrot


1 potato


2 sausages


300ml water


2 teaspoons consommé soup base


Black pepper to taste


Directions:


1. Cut the cabbage, carrots, potatoes, and sausages into bite-sized pieces.


2. Place ingredients 1 and water in a deep, heat-resistant container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 8 minutes.


3. Remove the plastic wrap from 2., add the consommé soup base, and microwave again at 600W for 2 minutes without plastic wrap. Finish by sprinkling on some black pepper
