Ingredients:
300g potatoes
[A] 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
[A] 1 tablespoon potato starch
[A] 1 teaspoon consommé soup base
[A] Salt to taste
[A] Pepper to taste
30g pizza cheese
5 tablespoons salad oil
Directions:
1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into bite-sized pieces, and soak them in water. Drain them, then place them in a heat-resistant container and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for about 4 minutes until the potatoes are cooked through, then mash them with a fork.
2. Add [A] to 1 and mix well. Add the pizza cheese and mix well, then roll them into bite-sized pieces and flatten them.
3. Add salad oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Arrange 2 on top and fry until golden brown on both sides. Then it's done!
