Omelette with condensed milk

 


Ingredients:


2 eggs


[A] 1 tablespoon condensed milk


[A] 1 teaspoon soy sauce


[A] Pinch of salt


Salad oil, to taste


Directions:


1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them, then add [A] and stir.


2. Lightly oil an omelet pan and heat over medium heat. Pour in 1/3 of the ingredients from [A].


3. Roll the omelet from the back to the front, creating a shape, and push it towards the back. Repeat two more times and it's done!
