Ingredients:
6cm long yam
5g butter
60g pizza cheese
[A] 1/4 teaspoon salt
How to cook
[A] Peel and slice the yam into 1cm slices.
[B] Heat butter in an omelet pan over medium heat and spread the pizza cheese on top. Once it starts to bubble, arrange the yam on top, cook until golden brown, and sprinkle with [A].
[C] Flip the yam over and cook until crispy on both sides. Finish!
Serve with butter and chopped parsley, if desired!
