Ingredients:
3 chicken tenderloins
1 tablespoon potato starch
1/4 head cabbage
1 tablespoon salad oil
[A] 1 tablespoon miso
[A] 1 tablespoon sake
[A] 1 teaspoon chili bean paste
[A] 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
[A] 1 teaspoon sugar
[A] 1/2 teaspoon potato starch
Directions:
1. Remove the tendons from the chicken tenderloins, cut them into bite-sized pieces, and coat them in potato starch.
2. Add salad oil to a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken tenderloins on top and cook until golden brown on both sides. Add the roughly shredded cabbage.
3. Once the cabbage has softened, add the mixed ingredients from [A]. Mix thoroughly and it's done!
