Korean-style mixed rice balls

 


Ingredients


Rice: Approximately 250g


Chopped green onions: Approximately 5g


White sesame seeds: 2 teaspoons


Tempura scraps: 5g


Korean seaweed: 8 sheets


Yakitori sauce (mild): 1 tablespoon


Sesame oil: 1 teaspoon (Kadoya Pure Sesame Oil)


Recipe

Put rice, chopped green onions, white sesame seeds, tempura scraps, and finely torn Korean seaweed into a bowl.

Add the yakiniku sauce and sesame oil.

Gently mix everything together. Note that the flavor of Korean seaweed varies depending on the brand, so taste and adjust the amount of salt.

Form into onigiri balls and you're done.
