Crunchy Chicken

 


Ingredients:


[A] 300g chicken breast (cut into small pieces)


[A] 70g silken tofu


[A] 1 tablespoon plain flour


[A] 2 teaspoons consommé


[A] 1 teaspoon grated garlic


[A] 1/5 teaspoon salt


30g plain flour


30g breadcrumbs


Oil for frying, as needed


Directions:


1. Put [A] into a bowl and mix.

2. Put the flour and breadcrumbs into a plastic bag and mix. Roll [A] into bite-sized balls and coat the entire surface in flour.

3. Pour frying oil into a deep frying pan to a depth of 1cm and heat to 180°C. Add [A] and fry until crispy. Done!
