Crown chrysanthemum cream pasta

[Ingredients for 2 servings]

- 120g spaghetti

- 12g salt

- 1/2 bunch chrysanthemum (garland chrysanthemum greens)

- 2 anchovies

- 1 clove garlic

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 200ml heavy cream

- Grated cheese, to taste

[Directions]

1. Roughly chop the chrysanthemum.

2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add salt, and boil the spaghetti. Drain in a colander 1 minute before the end of the recommended cooking time.

3. While the spaghetti is boiling, make the sauce. Finely chop the anchovies and garlic and place in a frying pan. Add olive oil and heat. Once fragrant, add the chrysanthemum from (1) and stir-fry until softened. Add the heavy cream and bring to a boil.

4. Add the spaghetti (2) to the frying pan (3) and mix with the sauce. Season with salt. Place in a serving dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
