"Onion Potage"

 


Ingredients (Serves 2)


Onion...300g


Potato...300g


Water...600ml


Salted rice malt...2 tablespoons


Directions


1. Thinly slice the onion and potato and place in a pot. Add 600ml of water and simmer over medium heat.


2. Once the onion and potato are soft, blend them in a blender, add the salted rice malt, and adjust the flavor. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
