Teriyaki chicken wings

 


Ingredients:


300g chicken wings


[A] Pinch of salt


[A] Pepper to taste


[B] 1 tablespoon sake


[B] 1 tablespoon sugar


[B] 1 tablespoon soy sauce


[B] 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger


[B] 1/2 teaspoon grated garlic


2 tablespoons salad oil


Directions:


1. Make a slit around the front of the chicken wing joint. Break the slit to expose the bone. Cut off the tip, and while holding the two protruding bones with both hands, press the meat down.


2. Wipe off 1 with kitchen paper, then coat with 1 and season.


3. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry 2 from the skin side until browned, flip over, and cook through.


4. Wipe off excess oil, add [B], and heat until glossy. It's done!
