Ingredients:
1 sweet potato
20g butter
[A] 3 tablespoons milk
[A] 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
[A] 1/6 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Wash the sweet potato thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized pieces with the skin on. Soak in water for 10 minutes, then wipe dry. Place in a heat-resistant bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes, then let cool.
2. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add [A] and cook until golden brown, then remove from the frying pan and serve.
3. Add [A] to the frying pan and simmer over low heat until the water has evaporated. Add the sweet potato, mix well, and it's done!
