Ingredients:
1/3 daikon radish
[A] 1 teaspoon consommé base
[A] Potato starch, to taste
Directions:
1. Cut the daikon radish into 1cm cubes.
2. Place in a plastic bag and coat with [A].
3. Pour salad oil (not included in the recipe) into a frying pan to a height of about 1cm and heat over medium heat. Fry until browned. Garnish with parsley, if desired, and it's done!
