[Ingredients for 2 servings]
- 1/8 head of Chinese cabbage
- 2 slices of bacon
- 10g butter
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of coarse-ground black pepper
[Preparation]
- Cut the Chinese cabbage into 5-6cm strips.
- Cut the bacon into 3cm strips.
[Directions]
1. Layer the cabbage, bacon, cabbage, and bacon in a heat-resistant container, sprinkle with butter, and sprinkle with salt.
2. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 8-10 minutes, then let sit for 5-6 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with coarse-ground black pepper. I used a 600W microwave.
