Ingredients
- 50g oatmeal (quick type recommended)
- 50g plain flour
- 1/2 apple (100g grated)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Cinnamon, to taste
Directions
Peel the apple, remove the core, and grate it. (Use 100g of this.)
Put the flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon powder in a bowl and roughly mix with a whisk.
This has the same effect as sifting through a sieve.
Add the oatmeal and roughly mix with a whisk.
Add the grated apple and salad oil and mix with a rubber spatula until evenly combined.
Spoon the batter onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and spread evenly.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes, until golden brown. Once cooled, transfer to a baking rack and allow to cool completely.
