Ingredients (Serves 2)
4cm Daikon Radish
1cm Carrot
A pinch of salt (1.5% of the net weight of the daikon and carrot)
<Sweet and Sour Sauce>
2 teaspoons Sugar
1 tablespoon Vinegar
[Preparation]
Peel the daikon and carrot, slice them into thin rings, then shred them. Place them in an antibacterial bag, toss with salt, and let sit for 10 minutes. Mix the ingredients for the <Sweet and Sour Sauce> together.
[Directions]
1. Squeeze the water out of the daikon and carrot, transfer them to the bowl with the <Sweet and Sour Sauce>, and toss to coat. Serve on a plate.
