Ingredients:
1 onion
Cake flour (as needed)
50g commercial fried chicken flour
40g water
Frying oil (as needed)
Directions:
1. Peel the onion and slice into 1cm thick rings. Crush the onion with your hands to form rings, then lightly coat with flour.
2. Combine the fried chicken flour and water in a bowl and mix well.
3. Pour about 3cm of oil into a deep-frying pan and heat to 170°C. Add the dipped chicken pieces (as needed) and fry for 2-3 minutes until cooked through. Done!
