Ingredients (Serves 5)
900g Chicken Breasts
1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce Koji
3 Tablespoon Potato Starch
Dried Parsley (to taste)
Sauce
2 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoon Sweet Chili Sauce
Directions
1. Remove the tendons from the chicken breast, cut it into bite-sized pieces, and place it in a plastic bag.
2. Add the mayonnaise and soy sauce koji and mix. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
3. Add the potato starch and mix.
4. Add cooking oil (not included) to a frying pan and fry the chicken breast.
5. Mix the mayonnaise and sweet chili sauce to make the sauce.
6. Once the chicken breast is cooked through, place it in a bowl, add the sauce, and mix. 7. Place on a plate and garnish with dried parsley to taste.
