[Ingredients] (Serves 2)
Thinly sliced beef belly...200g
1/6 cabbage (cut into bite-sized pieces)
1/2 green onion (thinly sliced diagonally)
1 clove garlic (grated)
1 tablespoon each miso, sake, soy sauce, and sugar
1/2 tablespoon salad oil
[Preparation]
1. Cut the beef into 2cm pieces.
2. Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the ingredients from step 1 and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Add the cabbage and green onion and stir-fry for another 1.5 minutes.
3. Push the ingredients together to create space in the frying pan, then pour the A mixture into the space. Heat well and stir-fry quickly.
