Baked spinach, boiled eggs and bacon with mayonnaise and cheese

 

Ingredients:

3 stalks of spinach

1 boiled egg

1/2 slice of bacon (cut into 1cm pieces)

[A] 30g pizza cheese

[A] 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Directions:

1. Boil water in a pot, boil the spinach, squeeze out the water, and cut into 5cm pieces.

2. Combine [A] in a bowl and mix.

3. Place [A] in a heat-resistant container and top with the boiled egg (cut into 4 pieces lengthwise) and the bacon. Pour [A] over the topping and bake in the toaster until golden brown. Finish!
