Sweet potato chips

 

Ingredients

- 1/2 sweet potato (approx. 75g)

- 1 teaspoon olive oil

- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder

- Pinch of salt

Preparation

- Preheat oven to 160°C.

Directions

1. Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly, skin on, then slice thinly and soak in water.
2. Dry thoroughly with kitchen paper.

3. Toss the sweet potatoes with olive oil, curry powder, and salt on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Arrange them in a single layer and bake at 160°C for 15-20 minutes.
